Registration
The participants are required to complete their online registration before proceeding with fee payment.

Registration fee provides access to all oral and poster sessions, the welcome reception, coffee breaks, and lunch.
Young Water Professionals (YWP) are IWA members who are 35 years old or younger.
Student ID is required to register as a student.
Please visit the 2024 Country Classification Table to ensure your HIC, UMIC, LMIC and LIC status, according to IWA’s 4-tier country classification following the World Bank classification.
Transfer fees should be paid by participants by selecting OUR or DEPT option for the details of charges (not SHA or BEN).
Participants who would prefer to pay by credit card should inform Agro'2025 Secretariat and declare the amount they are obliged to pay with the explanation (e.g. 600 Euro for HIC, Non-IWA, Early Bird). They will then receive a link that will be valid for 3 days to make the payment (with VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, Discover and Diners Club Cards; other credit cards including American Express cards are not valid). Please note that a 2% additional fee will be charged for the credit card payment option.
Participants who will register as YWP or IWA member should declare their IWA membership approval for 2025.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notice of cancellation must be made by email to agro2025@itu.edu.tr. AGRO’2025 will refund the registration fee paid no later than one (1) month after the symposium.
Cancellations received by June 20, 2025 at the latest: Full refund of fees paid with a reduction of 10% administrative fee and transfer expenses.
Cancellations received by July 20, 2025 at the latest: 50% refund of fees paid.
Cancellations received by August 10, 2025 at the latest: 25% refund of fees paid.
Cancellations received after August 10, 2025: No refund
Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place or request a refund provided that they inform Symposium Secretariat before August 10, 2025.
Notice that AGRO’2025 is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances. In case of the cancellation of AGRO’2025 symposium, all registrants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid with a reduction of 10% administrative fee and transfer expenses.
